General Participation Rules of 32 CIPR 2024/2025.


▪ The participation shall be open to the whole of Ireland.

▪ The participants annual subscription will be reviewed every year during the off season between October and November.

▪ Application for participation March 31 st yearly.

▪ The object of the organisation is to organise a number of ALL Island Irish races each year culminating in a race from Mainland Europe from 2023.

▪ That participants shall be responsible for yearly renewals without reminders.

▪ Should an issue arrive, The Director shall have to resolve the issue.

▪ The 32 CIPR shall be compliant with the legal requirements of General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) at all times, and register with the Office of the Information Commissioner, (ICO) and appoint a Data Controller. The ICO registration number is to be printed in the member’s handbook, and a Privacy Statement to be published annually on the club’s web site.

▪ Unless very clear and extenuating circumstances all prize and pool money will be paid directly by bank transfer from the 32 CIPR main account, directly to the participants bank account. The onus is entirely upon the participant to provide a sort code; an account number and a title to the account to the organisation and to ensure these details are kept up-to-date year on year. These details will equally be kept entirely confidential to the organisation alone and never passed to a third party.

▪ All Provinces to be to have marking station(s) for participant use.
